The hotel is conveniently set near notable sites like Castel Greifenstein, just about 1 km away, and for a leisure stroll, you can easily reach beautiful parks and nature areas within a short walk from the hotel.

The staff was motivated and accommodating, the accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean. The room was exceptionally clean with a picture between the wardrobes, comfortable beds, just what was needed.

The room was huge and clean, but I had raw pork at dinner.

Difficult to answer seen the multiple negative impressions we have.

The global design of the hotel was not really in line with the expectation you can have when you book in an hotel claiming Art and Design in its name. Room and bathroom were correct but without any surprises. Do not forget to ask to the maid to change regularly your towels, it is not always a standard procedure at the Art and Design Hotel. Breakfast, despite the effort of a very nice staff, could become a painful experience when weather is not good. The dining room is too small to accommodate all hotel guests between 8.00 and 10.00 am...you bump into other guests every 2 minutes and you have sometimes to fight to catch some food as the buffet is not refiled regularly. When all food choice is available, breakfast is really nice. Intentions of the staff are always good and we confident that a better organization will certainly lift up the global quality to reach a 4 stars hotel level.

The rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with balcony, everything is lovely. The breakfast is delicious with great coffee and beverages, as example, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The location is quiet, 2 miles from San Maurizio.

Really good breakfast buffet

The hotel is one month old (so it smells and looks very clean) and everything has been built with lots of style and quality materials. Just walking into the room makes you feel like extending your vacation at that hotel. For the price you pay the value you obtain is incredible, they could very well charge the double. The views are very nice and since it is outside the village it is very quiet and peaceful. It also has got a underground parking which is free of charge. Excellent hotel.

The staff does not really speak English; only German or Italian, but that's all the negative about the hotel. The real problem is the area, you think you're about to have a nice Italian experience but it all is in German, almost every restaurant is German/Austrian, the taxi drivers are also German/Austrian, people around are not welcoming at all, specially at the restaurants, they're almost offended when you walk in. The only one good thing in there is the hotel, the rest is dreadful.

Very modern, new design. Very good breakfast! The roof terrace with bar, sun terrace and jacuzzi was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. Free wi-fi.

The wi-fi connection was good at the start of the stay but became very slow after the first couple of days. The staff had no good explanation, blamed it on heavy traffic but was not many people in the hotel after the weekend.

My kids wished for longer pool hours.

Great hotel in Bolzano area. Rooms are big, comfortable and well done with modern design furnitures. No restaurant, but there is a place to prepare food in every room, so you can cook yourself. On roof bar under sky, rest places and jacuzzi. Modern and great hotel. Worth a try, specially with prices from Booked.net !

Very Hard to find it even with the GPS, the street is unrecognized.

Totally recommend for a holiday

Comfortable room, beautiful amenities, with relaxing spa facilities to unwind and a scenic balcony view overlooking the surrounding apple orchards.

Everything was ideal.

Perfect and beautiful location. Brand new hotel (april 2011). Very nice, big and clean rooms. Nice design. Little kitchen in the room (junior suite). Parking garage underneath the hotel for free. Free Wifi. Nice place on the roof of the hotel with whirlpool and terrace.

Self-service on the terrace despite there is a barman (better for hotel and customer: serve your clients!).

Very nice hotel in the countryside, quiet and in the middle of orchards. The sunny and green rooftop terrace has a wonderful view and 2 nice small jacuzzis. Free internet is very nice.

Rooftop and lobby bars close too early, and reception is not attended but not really a problem. Just to get an internet code you need the reception. If you think about first in the evening, it's too late!
